The Matter at Hand

First of all, thank you to everyone who participated in LOL Day! The comments made my day a lot better. :-) Now, onto that matter. . .

Being human means that we are inherently attracted to certain features on other humans. We notice nice smiles, good hair, smooth skin, and body shape. One psychological study found that a symmetrical face was the most appealing even to young infants, who would focus their gaze on the symmetrical picture for seconds longer than those that were less balanced.

With all of the attractive features to choose from, some people may find it hard to believe that the thing I notice first and am drawn to are large, masculine hands.

There's just something about them. I think about what they can do: hold me tight, make me feel safe, fix things around the house, play music, operate machines, give a firm handshake, or hold me down during a firm spanking.

I've been guilty of checking out the hands of my male classmates during lectures, and if I like what I see, I'm more likely to talk to them or send them a smile.

It may be strange, or picky, but it's a fact. Do any of you have a similar attraction, or something uniquely different?

Loving those Lurkers

Hello everyone!

Since I've had this blog up for less than a year, this will be my first Love Our Lurkers Day. I've always liked the idea, and I remember leaving a few comments on my favorite blogs years ago, when I was an avid lurker! It felt good to make my presence known to the blog writers I appreciated so much.

Since starting this blog (and looking at the handy Statcounter), I know that I have a lot more readers than commenters. So, if you feel so inclined, I would love to receive comments from any lovely lurkers that may be around. If you'd rather just send an email, I love getting those too!

Implement Madness

We all have our favorites and (more importantly) our least favorites. Some prefer leather over wood, some despise canes, some limit themselves to hand only. This is a prime example of just how differentiated our little community can be.

Here are a few of my personal favorites:

1. Hand- This will always be my favorite, The intimacy involved in skin-to-skin contact, the spontaneity and constant availability, the large range from soft, sensual pats to hard, stinging slaps. Mmmm.

2. Belt- So domestically classic and perfect for my headspace. The belt is in my fantasies constantly. The stern look, the belt being unbuckled, slipping slowly (yet quickly) through the belt loops, the folding over, the rolling up of sleeves. The belt epitomizes manly dominance and causes my stomach to flip.

3. Cane- This satisfies my less frequent desire for cold, detached discipline. There is nothing friendly or intimate about the cane, and that's why I love it. It stings immensely and leaves an after burn that can be reignited easily by sitting. Plus, it leaves lovely marks. :-)

It's kind of funny that my top three favorite implements are the four letter words. Perhaps that's appropriate, seeing as I feel like screaming other four letter words during particularly hard swats!

I do probably deserve a harsher spanking with some of the above implements for waiting nearly two weeks to post a blog. It really is important to me to keep up with my rules, so I apologize for that.

This past weekend, my good friend Malignus came to stay with me, and we had two days full of spanking and fun. Also, Danny and I uploaded a couple more clips to our store, including another week of discipline diary as well as a double belting we filmed with Kat and Kyle in Vegas. Just Another Sunday- And Pictures!

There isn't anything new or exciting going on here, but I thought I'd blog seeing as I've finished all of my homework for the day (Oh yeah, and I'm supposed to blog once a week, according to my rules!). As I'm sure all bloggers know, it is sometimes a struggle to come up with something to write about when you're just going through the daily grind. Of course, I wish I had some really mind blowing event to tell you about.

Note to self: do more mind blowing things for the sake of your blog.

Do any of you have something you'd like me to write about? I know Michael requested that I write about my latest shoot in the new studio.

I always have a great time shooting with RS, but this time was especially fun because I got to mix things up a little bit. The studio is a mansion with an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and some tree-covered acreage. All of this creates amazing shoot opportunities!

I have to admit, I found myself a little disoriented in the new space. I had just gotten used to the old, factory-style studio (which I constantly got lost in) and now I was navigating my way through room after room, trying to find the set I was shooting on.

The first shoot we did was very true to my real life: I fell asleep while studying and was awoken by Mr. M, who proceeded to strap me (rude awakening!).

While the strapping wasn't overly hard, it caused a tiny abrasion on one of my cheeks and bled a little bit. It happens, and I wasn't worried, but the crew decided to do my second scene over clothes. It was an old fashioned caning where I received a dozen strokes over my skirt. That was the first time I had been caned over clothes, and it was definitely a different sensation. Less sting, more thud.

In the third scene, I got to dress as a french maid and go outside to pick a switch (a fetish of mine, so it made me happy). The maid outfit was left over from a feature film that RS did a while back, called Maid For Punishment.
